1月18日 What an awesome holiday! We had a really stunning time in Austria and Germany. Got back at 2am on 17th and had to come to work 5 hours later. Still wish I was there... so nice to have trees and snow.
Oh well - next time... We are planning our move to a stunning new villa. We move at the end of the month.
Stand by for photos... we took over 2Gbs and my brother over 4Gb - I cannot fit them all here! 12月22日 Quick trip to KuwaitWow that was interesting... Kuwait immigration said I had a valid visa so bank there could not apply for one, and when I arrived - nope - invalid - get on the plane out of here!!!
Short and sweet round trip. Kind of sucks but good thing about it is that it gives me time to finish building Christopher's Christmas present before we leave tomorrow morning at 3am! 12月7日 Counting down the days till we go skiing in Obergurgl on 23rd December!!!Oh yeah baby! We have 3 weeks of skiing, mountains and trees... Belinda is drooling already and the more time I spend thinking about it the more I cannot wait!!!! So what do the Jackson's do for fun?We do crazy things like bid on property on Ebay without reading properly and then end up owning 12.5 acres in the US!! Okay I am the guilty one - Belinda just pointed the site out to me... go ahead and laugh... if Belinda tells the story it will have you in hysterics... 11月12日 Dubai LLTBelinda, Christopher just got after a delayed flight on 11th from the NCMI Dubai Leadership Training Time.
It was really great to touch base with so any Christians - fom South Africa, Qatar and Dubai. We had a thoroughly great time and to top it all off my dad joined us from South Africa and he is currently staying with us in Bahrain for a few days. It was also great to see our friends the Haffners from Bahrain enjoying the LTT!
We recieved numerous words of encourgagement from people like Cathy and Neil de la Hunt as well as Dave and Cathy Wallen.
We trust that God will use this time of training for great things in Bahrain in future.
10月26日 Last day today...Today is my last day at Microsoft in Bahrain. I have loved the eGovernment Strategy Consulting role. It has been such a challenge yet such blessing.
I will miss Microsoft - I don't think there is quite another company like it. 10月5日 GP 2 Final 30th September 2005WOW!
Just totally awesome dude!
We watched the GP 2 final after my Microsoft buddy Sanjay's ThunderArabia race. Almost like Formula 1 expect all driving 4L Renault cars with Bridgstone tyres.
I have posted some photos of the race but cannot find a way to post the videos. Let me know if you want them to drool over and I will email them to you. 9月21日 Baby time...We are thrilled that we have kid number 2 on the way!!!
We trust that God will give us a healthy baby.
7月16日 Kuwait 8th to 13th July 2005I got back from spending the week in Kuwait training a bunch of guys Exchange 2003. It was a pretty impromptu workshop we ended up spending time on ISA 2004 as well because they were quite happy with what I covered for Exchange.
Anyway its great to be back except the weather changed in a week. Now its 32 C outside but with the 80% humidity it feels like 42!

6月30日 Got Back from Egypt 29th June 2005We got back from a really nice trip to Egypt yesterday. Sharm el Sheikh and diving was great, in fact the snorkelling was almost as good expect the snorklers didn't get to see a turtle. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day in Sharm and then spent 2 days in Cairo. For us 2 days was more than enough! Too many people asking for baksheesh for the most arbitary tasks! It drove us a little nuts.
Its great to be home! We will be uploading our photos later this week.
